Martin Ware
Martin is an experienced heating engineer with over 16 years in the industry and is the driving force behind Dynamic Heating. Known for his high standards of workmanship, attention to detail and organised approach, Martin has built a reputation for delivering quality installations that not only perform exceptionally but look the part too. His trademark shiny pipework and pride in the finish have become a talking point amongst clients and fellow trades alike.
After a successful career in car sales, Martin made the decision to retrain and pursue a career in plumbing and heating. Through hard work, reliability and a genuine commitment to customer service, he built a loyal client base that continues to grow through recommendations and repeat business. Today, Dynamic Heating is trusted across the North East for everything from boiler installations and heating upgrades to full property renovations and plumbing projects.
Away from work, Martin is a proud father to Ava, who is at the centre of everything he does. Much of his spare time is spent supporting her football journey, enjoying family time and making memories together. Weekends are often spent exploring the Lake District with his girlfriend Lauren, staying active in the gym and recharging for the week ahead.
Family, loyalty, integrity and taking pride in every detail are values that shape both Martin's personal life and the way Dynamic Heating operates. It's these principles that have helped build a business known for quality workmanship, honest advice and treating every home as if it were his own.
Owen
Owen is currently in the final year of his four-year plumbing and heating apprenticeship and has been committed to the trade since leaving school. Knowing he wanted a hands-on career from an early age, he joined the industry with a determination to learn from experienced engineers and build a strong foundation in plumbing and heating.
Working closely alongside the team, Owen has gained extensive experience in boiler installations, heating system upgrades and full property repipes. Known for his hard-working attitude, organisation and attention to detail, he takes pride in delivering work to a high standard and is developing into a skilled and dependable heating engineer.
When he's not on site, you'll usually find Owen following Newcastle United. As a season ticket holder, St James' Park is his second home whenever he's not fitting boilers and heating systems across the North East.
